Dr Marta Bizic is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the School of Medicine, University of Belgrade. She is also one of the founders of Belgrade Center for Urogenital Reconstructive Surgery. Dr Bizic is a member of many international societies in the field of urology and transgender medicine (GURS, EAU, EPATH, WPATH, EUPSA, ESPU), and an author/co-author of many published articles and book chapters in the field. She received many awards at scientific meetings. Dr Bizic had many educational visits during her training in pediatric urology and gender affirmation surgery (USA, France, Thailand…). Dr Bizic finished her PhD thesis on Male-to-Female Gender Affirmation Surgery. As one of the leading and recognized experts in gender affirmation surgery, Dr Bizic has been invited speaker, and performing demonstrative surgeries around the world.
