Yes, I recommend Andractim jelly two times per day, for 4 weeks in total, starting 6 weeks before surgery. Two weeks before surgery you have to stop with Andractim in order to prevent excessive bleeding during surgery. I combine it with vaccum device with an aim to make better vascularization of the tissue and to enlarge the penis as much as possible.
